About the Role
Location: Livonia, MI (Hybrid commuting to Farmington Hills and Livonia)
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
Job duties include:
Coordinate between the person in charge of IT and each department in the company to create RPA projects
Conduct initial hearing of RPA candidate projects from each department/user and put into documentation (flow chart, swim lane chart, and summary of flow, etc.)
Support the creation of no-code and low-code (i.e. Microsoft Power platform) development projects other than RPA
Outreach actively to internal departments and users under the supervision of the IT manager
Support users to accelerate civil development and escalate to Company’s Apps team as needed and provide user training for no-code/low-code development
Manage various projects and prepare documentation
Support for IT managers involved in the upstream process of the application business
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of programming experience and minimum 3 years of project management experience
General understanding of business applications for manufacturing such as ERP, EDI, PDM, MES, MRP, CRM, SCM, design, quality, accounting, etc.
Language English and Japanese(preferred)
BS in computer degree or equivalent work experience
Must be available for business trips out of State a few times a month
Japanese/English bilingual preferred
