About the Role
Location: Brea, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: Up to $66,000 + benefits
Job duties include:
Lead and mentor a team of junior human resource professionals
Manage and oversee the company’s weekly payroll process and auditing practices
Oversee and manage the performance evaluation system and process to drive high-performance
Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Manage the HRIS systems to ensure they are working properly
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of five to seven years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
PHR or SHRM-SCP highly desired
Experience with ADP system preferred
Proficiency in Excel
Japanese Bilingual is a plus
