About the Role

Location: Brea, CA

Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation: Up to $66,000 + benefits


Job duties include:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior human resource professionals

  • Manage and oversee the company’s weekly payroll process and auditing practices

  • Oversee and manage the performance evaluation system and process to drive high-performance

  • Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department

  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

  • Manage the HRIS systems to ensure they are working properly

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

    and others

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five to seven years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • PHR or SHRM-SCP highly desired

  • Experience with ADP system preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel

  • Japanese Bilingual is a plus
