About the Role
Location: Brea, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Pay: $20.00/HR + benefits
Job duties include:
Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records.
Reviews and verifies payroll hours on time cards
Administers new hire and termination packets for all employees.
Facilitates new employee orientation.
Responsible for managing employee attendance records, including PTO accruals and requests.
Prepares and updates employee performance evaluations.
Maintains employee warnings, performance coaching/counseling forms.
Assists with employee complaints
Ensures Company’s safety compliances with all states’ regulations and OSHA requirements.
Files and mails out the documentations of the legal activities that relate to Human Resources
Coordinates enrollment/termination of employees to 401(k) program for Company
Coordinates Company’s healthcare benefits including enrollments for new employees, corresponding
with insurance company and coordinating with insurance broker.
Assists in handling all insurance claims as necessary
Ensures Company’s Safety Policies
Requirements
Requirements:
College degree is preferred
1 to 5 years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in Excel
