About the Role

Location: Brea, CA

Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm

Pay: $20.00/HR + benefits


Job duties include:

  • Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records.

  • Reviews and verifies payroll hours on time cards

  • Administers new hire and termination packets for all employees.

  • Facilitates new employee orientation.

  • Responsible for managing employee attendance records, including PTO accruals and requests.

  • Prepares and updates employee performance evaluations.

  • Maintains employee warnings, performance coaching/counseling forms.

  • Assists with employee complaints

  • Ensures Company’s safety compliances with all states’ regulations and OSHA requirements.

  • Files and mails out the documentations of the legal activities that relate to Human Resources

  • Coordinates enrollment/termination of employees to 401(k) program for Company

  • Coordinates Company’s healthcare benefits including enrollments for new employees, corresponding

    with insurance company and coordinating with insurance broker.

  • Assists in handling all insurance claims as necessary

  • Ensures Company’s Safety Policies

Requirements

Requirements:

  • College degree is preferred

  • 1 to 5 years related Human Resources experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficiency in Excel
