About the Role
Location: Gardena, CA
Hours: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000/YR + benefits
Job duties include:
Monthly closing duties
Check and maintain daily balance from the bank and verify previous day's transactions.
General payments
Tax Filings
Confirmation of e-commerce bookings and tax verification
Confirmation of Petty Cash
Confirm credit card payments
Expense (gas card, etc.) confirmation and verification
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Must have past experience in tax filings and accounting
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
