About the Role

Location: Dallas, TX

Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation: $45,000 - $85,000/YR (DoE) + benefits


Job duties include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners

  • Promoting company’s products and services

  • Develop and achieve the individual business development goals mainly in the Texas and Southern West regions of the US

  • Develop and obtain new business opportunities with Japanese and American key customers in the region

  • Upsell and cross-sell company’s solutions to existing customers to expand business with them

  • Manage pre-sales process including pricing, proposals, and coordination with others to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain company’s standard gross profit

  • Learn and enhance demonstration skills and values of Dynamics ERP and IT infrastructure

  • Provide company’s potential clients with demonstration of Dynamics 365 BC mainly (but also Dynamics GP and 365 FO if necessary in future)

  • Provide regular reporting and updates of individual business development activities to Director of business development and update the data in the company’s CRM system accordingly.

  • Develop marketing plans in the region together with Director of business development and take actions for marketing (e.g. seminar, event, promotion email, website enhancement, blogs etc.)

  • Develop innovative value propositions to maximize company and division revenue

  • Participate in mandatory training

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Japanese/English

  • Past experience with business development and account management

  • Experience in customer support is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skills

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
