About the Role

Location: Torrance, CA

Shift: 8 hours shifts between 5:00 am to 6:00 pm, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $17.50/HR + excellent benefits


Responsible for performing customer service function by handling all travel arrangements and responding to all travel related inquiries in order to meet customers’ needs and promote company.


• Performs Customer Service Functions

• Performs General Administrative Functions

Requirements

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Ability to work 8 hours shifts, and work weekends and holidays

  • Good dependability record

  • Ability to operate interactive computer terminals and telephone equipment such as handsets and headsets for long periods of time

  • Travel agency experience (airline reservation & ticketing) preferred

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Reading comprehension skills

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Listening skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Must have a proof to work in the United States legally


Language Skills Required:

Japanese/English bilingual
