About the Role
Location: Gardena, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday
Compensation: $65,000 - 75,000 /YR
Applicants must be bilingual in Japanese and English
Job duties include:
Serves customers by meeting customer needs to maximize satisfaction
Identify and establish contact with potential customers leads through cold calling
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Performs sales related administrative duties
Requirements
Must be fluent in Japanese
Outside Sales experience
Must have a driver's license
Sales experience to restaurants preferred
Must have an understanding of Japanese business manners, professional work experience in Japan highly preferred
Motivation skills and a positive attitude
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
A commitment to excellent customer service
Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations and client meetings
Friendly and personable with others
