About the Role
Location: Torrance, CA (Remote)
Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 6:00pm
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
Job duties include:
Engineer duties such as:
Project Management work
Network/System/PC Design (Basic) work
Network/System/PC Design (Detailed) work
Network/System deployment work(onsite/remote)
PC kitting work(onsite/remote)
Network/System implementation work(onsite/remote)
Documentation work
Maintenance duties such as:
Operating & managing the equipment/system that company’s PSI (Professional Services & Implementation) shall manage
Troubleshooting the issue/problem of the equipment/system that company’s PSI shall manage
Help Desk duties as:
Receiving & responding to customer inquiries
Managing the inquiry/issue/problem from the beginning to the end and close the case
Management duties such as:
Creating new solutions in line with the company goal
Supervising and managing the project assigned to subordinates
Managing subordinates' workload and assignment
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Past experience as IT Engineer
Past experience in a managerial role
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems
Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software
Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks
Ability to project manage
Good communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
Knowledge of database and networking security systems
