About the Role

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote) Compensation: $142,000 - $143,000/YR (Exempt) + benefits

Job duties include:

  • Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in the payments industry

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field


  • Maintain contact with assigned merchants through on-site visits, direct mail/e-mail and other means as appropriate

  • Increase visibility, maintain and enhance presence for company within assigned merchant portfolio

  • Work with marketing team to develop promotions to increase company sales with assigned merchants or Payment intermediaries

  • Maintain a proactive relationship with major trade organizations and publications that support assigned merchants

  • Participate as an exhibitor at National trade conferences

  • Investigate and recommend to management advertising opportunities within assigned merchant portfolio

  • Develop presentation and collateral material that effectively communicate company products, services and marketing opportunities to merchants within assigned portfolios

  • Manage assigned merchant relationships to ensure all aspects of company’s enablement have been completed including merchant signage, promotional/advertising opportunities and systems and operational issues

  • Clearly communicate merchant and industry interests to senior management, as necessary, including any issues that relate to card partnerships and/or acquirer processors

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
