About the Role

Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid possible; 2-3 days at office, remote work for the remainder) Shift: Monday to Friday; 5:00pm to 8:00pm (flexible) Compensation: $22.00-$24.00/HR (DOE)

The main responsibility for this position is to provide excellent customer service and support to customers reaching out with credit card problems.

Job duties include:

  • Communicate with customers, banks, credit card merchants to solve issues

  • Locate and manage credit card slips and submit to bank

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools


  • Must have at least 2-3 years office work and/or customer service experience

  • Must be strong with numbers and attentive to detail

  • Strong PC and MS Office skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Must undergo PCR test once a week if not vaccinated against Covid 19
