About the Role
Location: Irvine, CA Industry: Food Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Compensation: up to $74,000/YR~ + benefits
Job duties include:
Assist Marketing Manager in forming the short-term and long-term business strategy and driving executions relative to both e-commerce and websites
Liaise between Marketing Manager and outside agencies to facilitate website development and management
Keep the websites up-to-date with rich content, including product listing, pricing, image, video, and news article, as needed
Develop and execute online promotional plans as well as manage and optimize marketing programs (email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM) to continuously drive consumer engagement and increase e-commerce sales
Work with Consumer Research to engage with our existing customers and obtain critical insights from online surveys
Provide support in other marketing areas of exclusive new product development, paid digital advertising campaigns, Keyword Research, SEO, and website UX
Interpret transaction data in addition to web analytics to make recommendations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Communicate with the SCM department to distribute inventory to the third-party fulfillment center and manage the product inventory specific to e-commerce
Assist the third-party customer service to answer questions and solve issues outside of the scope of SOP
Organize product spec information and images on product updates and make new product/discontinuation announcements relevant to internal stakeholders, online, and retail partners
Manage product data platforms such as One World Sync to ensure up-to-date information is shared with online, retail and wholesale customers
Create marketing reports based on the company’s requests
Help prepare for involvement with community organizations and events
Seek continuous improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes
Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management
Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace
Report all irregular issues and problems to Management for solutions
Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of consumer prodect e-commerce marketing experience, preferably within the food industry
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools desired
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
