Payroll processing
Administrative support in HR activity
Provide administrative support to the President and Chief Financial Officer, including but not limited to scheduling, data collection, recording meeting minutes, filing, copying and greeting guests
Make travel arrangements
Work with the parent company, the President, and the CFO to coordinate all transfers for Japanese expatriates
Work with the parent company and immigration attorney to receive and maintain Visa’s/Immigration records for Japanese associates
Work with companies to manage Japanese expatriates’ local payroll/salary.
Provide support to Japanese expatriates and their families to establish local living arrangements
Arrange and maintains certificate of insurance documents
Maintain company’s agreements and corporate documents
Conduct special projects and coordinate activities as directed
Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality for all personnel and financial matters
Promote an associate relations environment that is consistent with long term management goals and objectives
Translate (Japanese to/from English); emails, letters, and other reports as requested
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
2 years of administrative and/or HR experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both in writing and orally); ability to establish and maintain a positive and effective working relationship with internal and external contacts
Proficiency in Google drive and Google applications including GMAIL, Google docs, Google Sheets
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong time management and organizational skills
