About the Role
Industry: Trading Shift: Monday to Friday; 8:30am to 5:00pm (OT may apply) Compensation: $45,000 - $57,000/YR (nonexempt) + benefits
· Handle all HR related daily operations on own
· Achieve assigned goals in annual General Administration and Human Resources action plan
· Assist other members in order to process daily HR operations
· Check data for payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees
· Handle health insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, STD) related matters
· Check data for shared savings plan – 401K related matters
· Prepare new hire employee document packet and perform new employee orientation
· Arrange interviews to hire new employees by contacting employment agencies
· Maintain employee data and personnel/medical files and other records
· Handle other roles or special projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements
· Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
· Minimum 3 years of Administration and/or HR experience
· Strong PC and MS Office skills
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizational and leadership skills
· Time management skills with ability to prioritize important projects
