About the Role
Location: Los Angeles, CA Shift: 8 hour shift – must be available to work weekends and nights Compensation: $21.00/HR~ + excellent benefits
Job duties include:
Ensure excellent customer service by coordinating specific operations
Ensure smooth operations by assisting Supervisors and Managers in ground operations
Perform passenger service functions by handling special customer requests and supporting any irregularities such as delays, problem with baggage, and etc.
Perform general administrative functions by covering for other Staff (including other stations, when requested by management) and providing them with appropriate operational support or training as needed
Requirements
Must be bilingual in Japanese/English
Past experience in customer service/passenger service is required
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer (PC) skills
Excellent organization skills
Availability to work any hours (day shift and night shift)
