About the Role
Location: El Segundo, CA (mostly remote except 1 day per week)
Compensation: up to $60,000 /YR + benefits
Applicants must be bilingual in English (Native level)/Japanese (Conversational) with 3 years of experience in eCommerce or related fields.
Job duties include:
Order Management: working closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders (direct online, dropship, and wholesale account orders) are fulfilled in a timely manner without compromising quality
Customer Care: handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including products, shipping, billing, and returns + exchanges, to help enhance the overall customer experience
Development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to all customer care-related issues
Other administrative duties and assistance in special projects as needed
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English (Native level)/Japanese (Conversational)
3+ years of experience in eCommerce or related field
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Shopify and ShipStation or similar software is preferred
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem resolution skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong PC and MS Office skills
Availability for business trips is preferred
Passion/growing appreciation for cooking and/or foodie at heart is preferred
