About the Role
Location: LAX Airport
Shift: 8 hours plus 30 minutes un-paid lunch time
Pay: $19.00 - $19.80/HR + excellent benefits
This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating passenger service operations on a daily basis and for supervising contractors under Company's handling requirements and contract, providing review and information to Management.
• Ensures Excellent Customer Service- by serving as a “lead” in coordinating specific operations
• Ensures Smooth Operations- by assisting Supervisors and Managers in ground operations
• Performs Passenger Service Functions- by handling special customer requests and supporting with any irregularities such as delays, problem with baggage, and etc.
• Performs General Administrative Functions- by covering for other Staff (including other stations, when requested by management) and providing them with appropriate operational support or training as needed.

Airport passenger service experience required
Bilingual (Japanese/English) preferred
Willing to work any hours (day shift and night shift)
