About the Role
Location: Gardena, CA
Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:45am – 1:25pm (40 minute lunch) OR 7:00am – 3:40pm
Compensation: $19.00-$21.00/HR + benefits (starting $21.00/HR for bilingual candidates)
Job duties:
Responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients for production based on recipes
Clean mixers and material systems for product changes and shutdowns
Keep mixers and mixer level clean of powder, pellets, and debris
Ensure minimal product defects and downtime due to mixer operations
Confirm all hand-add ingredients and weights are correct
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
Requirements
Bilingual in Japanese/English and/or Spanish/English is highly preferred
Past experience as a mixer operator required
Accuracy and attention to detail
Effective problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
