About the Role

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid remote; office commute once a week)

Shift: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift between 8:00am to 8:00pm

Compensation: up to$58,000/YR (DoE); Non-Exempt + benefits


Job duties include:

  • Assist in new product and packaging development and go-to market initiatives of several by effectively working with multiple stakeholders

  • Maintain food facility and product compliance in accordance with retailer, FDA, and local government requirements; facilitate communication with QA, factory teams, and external consultants to ensure execution of any required changes

  • Organize and accurately distribute information on product updates and new product announcements to let the Sales Department and the SCM Department as well as distributor partners

  • Manage package graphics and media library, and marketing collateral and provide them to the sales team and customers as needed

  • Participate in consumer research to gain an understanding of consumer behavior and opportunities to shape marketing strategy

  • Manage product data platforms such as One World Sync to ensure up-to-date information is shared with retail and wholesale customers

  • Assist in coordinating industry events such as tradeshows

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods marketing

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations and QA/R&D/FDA compliance is a plus

  • Well-organized and detail oriented

  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind

  • Japanese fluency is a plus!
