About the Role
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid remote; office commute once a week)
Shift: Monday to Friday; 8 hour shift between 8:00am to 8:00pm
Compensation: up to$58,000/YR (DoE); Non-Exempt + benefits
Job duties include:
Assist in new product and packaging development and go-to market initiatives of several by effectively working with multiple stakeholders
Maintain food facility and product compliance in accordance with retailer, FDA, and local government requirements; facilitate communication with QA, factory teams, and external consultants to ensure execution of any required changes
Organize and accurately distribute information on product updates and new product announcements to let the Sales Department and the SCM Department as well as distributor partners
Manage package graphics and media library, and marketing collateral and provide them to the sales team and customers as needed
Participate in consumer research to gain an understanding of consumer behavior and opportunities to shape marketing strategy
Manage product data platforms such as One World Sync to ensure up-to-date information is shared with retail and wholesale customers
Assist in coordinating industry events such as tradeshows
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods marketing
Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations and QA/R&D/FDA compliance is a plus
Well-organized and detail oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Japanese fluency is a plus!
