About the Role
Location: Brea, CA Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/HR (DoE) + benefits
Acting as a liaison between customers and company
Provide product/service information
Receive and input part/sales orders
Assist with resolving any problems that customer may experience
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
Requirements
Fast Learner and able to multitask
Efficient with computers and software
Genuinely excited to help customers
Patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
Good problem solver and are confident at troubleshooting
Able to manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follows communication procedure, guidelines, and policies
