About the Role

Location: New York, NY Shift: Monday to Friday; 9:00AM to 6:00PM Compensation: up to $80,000/YR~ (DoE) + benefits

Job duties include:

  • Present company’s products

  • Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients in the medical industry

  • Answer inquiries from customers concerning products, or their uses

  • Communicate with customers and third parties, collect information, conduct research, analyze and compile reports

  • Resolve customer complaints, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations

  • Manage orders, deliveries, inventories, credit lines

  • Gather and analyze information of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies including sales promotions, marketing/advertising campaigns, etc.

  • Develop business strategies and plans including problem solving procedures

  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and develops new business opportunities through networking

  • Gather informative data about customer trends and tastes, as well as information about the competition in each market in which the business is involved, industry regulations, and intellectual properties

  • Manage budget for business that this position is responsible for

  • Assist with the preparation of budgets

  • Present budgets proposals

  • Report to division management on periodical such as weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis about the division’s business situation

  • Create the year beginning budgetary and assesses the year end budgetary results


  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Demonstrable experience as a customer account management

  • Phenomenal market research skills

  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills, as well as high attention to detail

  • Analytical and multitasking skills to create project timelines and project management skill

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and/or government regulations

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
