About the Role
Location: Walnut, CA (Hybrid Remote; 2 days at office & 3 days work from home)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Compensation: starting from $60,000/YR (DoE) + benefits
Job duties:
Present, promote and sell products
Perform cost benefits and need analysis of existing and potential customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services
Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
Requirements
Must have at least 2 years of past experience with sales
Must be available for business trips/travel outside the US (mainly Mexico)
Excellent PC and MS Office skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Relationship management skills
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge/interest in the anime/gaming industry is a plus!
